Appointment prep

The number one requirement…get excited! Your doing something for yourself and spending time doing something thats stress free and relaxing. Other than being excited all you need to do is come dressed in comfortable clothing. During the session you will want to be comfortable so that you are able to fully relax and enjoy the session.

Also, if you don’t feel good the day of the appointment, don’t stress. Get a hold of me and we can talk about the best steps to get you feeling better. Please don’t cancel due to a headache, if you can drive to the appointment, the energy healing can help to ease the pain.

What to expect

During your appointment you will be relaxing in a reclined, comfortable position. My process consists of lightly touching your head in various parts and hovering my hands over your body. The only other spaces I may lay my hands on you are your shoulders, elbows, knees, feet, or hands depending on what you need.

Knowing how you will feel during the session will be dependent on how much healing your body needs. The session overall will help you to feel calm, relaxed, and hopefully less stressed and anxious! Everyone feels differently but overall the appointment is painless and comfortable. Any questions you have please feel free to ask!

Please note that I take mental health very seriously. The prices below may vary based on situations and need. Do not hesitate to reach out to me based off of these prices. They are negotiable. I offer discounts for military veterans, children and teens, and anyone who is in need and has low income. I sincerely would like to help. Now this does not mean that you are able to take advantage of my kindness. All I ask for is honesty, kindness, and respect for the time and effort put forth.
